Back to School Clothing Drive SAFE Retail Store and Matching Grant now provides automatic matching grant funds. This means your Title 1 elementary school can purchase 50% more clothing each time you buy stretching your dollars.  Your matching grant from Back to School will display immediately as a cost savings, as each item is selected.

This unique program supports the school uniform needs of Title I public elementary school children, Valley-wide.

In order to assure our donors that the schools (and children) benefit from their generosity, the BTSCD matching grant is designed for the funds to be disbursed each year.  Please note that grant money is available on a first-come-first serve basis, as always. We will not carry over funds from year-to-year.

The BTSCD SAFE Matching Grant Program remains the only of its kind in Arizona for schools to purchase school uniforms for their clothing closets.  In addition, did you know that when you buy from the SAFE Store, you also support our effort to continue the annual summer distribution event? This distribution program provides new clothing, school supplies and more to thousands of local Title 1 school children.  We love knowing we can help prepare them for a new school year and appreciate your continued support.

 

Here is how it works:

*Schools may use funds from any sources for purchasing.

* Each school and district’s unique pricing profile is pre-loaded into the SAFE Store to identify your specific discounts or current RFP’s. You no longer keep track of carry-over credits on account –you receive funds immediately,  as you shop.

* Existing account owners simply log into their account and select items to purchase.  That’s it.

*New accounts:  All new user accounts will be reviewed and approved before your savings is applied.  Please wait 24 (business) hours before placing an order.

Please call us if you have a time constraint.

* As you select items for your order, you will see that the cost for each product is reduced from the retail price to a special low price. The difference between the two is the amount we subsidize with our matching grant.

*A Purchase Order is required prior to orders being shipped. Please send to:  info@btscd.com 

* Reminder: each order is subjet to a $20 shipping /handling fee. 

*We request a minimum of $500 per order and a maximum up to $5,000.

(Exception:  McKenny-Vento program or larger orders – please contact us for instructions).
