BTSCD is 501c3 nonprofit that provides services to students in Title I public elementary schools, foster care, transitional housing or domestic abuse shelters, and military families. We are not a direct service provider to the public. (UPDATE: We are able to provide services to families living in Maricopa County that were adversely affected by COVID-19 through a grant from the county. If your child attends a Title I school and you would like to get your child on the list, call your school and ask who in your school or district is in charge of registering children.
